And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
Ephesians 4:24 KJV
The old man despised God, not just as a means of rebellion but as a nature. The old man dared God, “how dare you make me”? It asked. The old man was hungry to be saved as much as it saved its hunger for later. The old man died too by two wooden bars which nailed Jesus…they also nailed it to its death. Therefore that nature should be gone even as our bondage is for it didn’t resurrect without saviour. It tried but didn’t.
Dear reader, if you get this, know ye therefore, that ye must act on the new man which is in the pattern of God, in the pattern of righteousness and true holiness not a glimpse of it but the whole. This new man is the nature of communion with God. This new man is a fulfilment of God’s nature on the earth. His will be done on earth as it is in heaven. This new man is the adherence to the Way, Truth and Life. The new man fears God but is not afraid of the world. Make this new man your countenance of existence and accept the giver of this new man: JESUS. Make HIM your ruler and He will be your friend.
I am a New man!
