GOD’sBondMan: Twelve [Questioning Bondage, Again]

BOND TWELVE

How far does bondage go?

It is boundless. For a limiting process, it is barely limited. It goes as far as “the bound” can. If the bound speaks in Spanish, the bondage speaks in Spanish as well. Bondage is a language, it is present where there is a voice, word and worst of all understanding. The bondage is as bound as the bound is. But bondage goes as far as intention. It is the point where one can be good but if they are good for bad reasons, they are in bondage. If one does good for bad intentions, one is in bondage. If one is good for a bad course, said ‘one’ is in bondage. Bondage is not the absence of the want-to-do good but the inability to do so. Bondage is also desire without fire. A passionless state that baits a form of complacence. If one feels nothing and feels nothing, strongly, same is in bondage; yet if one feels and strongly feels, the same is as guilty of bondage. Yes, true bondage is a contradiction and it is in the very breath we breathe.

Why is there bondage?

I don’t know.

You don’t?

Well, I don’t. But what I know is that it comes by the patent of life. Humanity was made to be in bondage. Not the bondage that I’ve spoken of but bondage to GOD. This bondage was the light which clothed our very being. I tell you, it dictated to us, what to do and not to do. Unlike the bondage we now know, GOD’s “bondage” respects and waits for the human will and waits as though asking, “do you want to remain bound or not?” it is this same bond that caused our salvation to be sure such that JESUS – even in dire pain while HE became sin on the cross, separated from heaven and the host of HIS father – did not pull the plug although HE had the “right” to. It bought us our freedom.

Frowns

It was bondage…I lie not. If you look closely, you’ll see that love is bondage, understanding is bondage….Freedom is bondage. If one is free, they are in bondage of freedom.
