Such words as “Religion”, “rites”, “ritual”, “revenge” to name a few. I feel these words – and more like them – are they which should not be comfortably descriptive of the Christian. They come with their unrefined notions and unwanted baggage. Anyway, permit me to rephrase your latter verses in this first chapter as the Conservatives' Creed: Eight Lovely Christian Notions the World Hates.
The FOURTH issue is that with contention comes a digression from progression to regret. Someone remembers the past and begins to not just doubt but specifically wish they had not known the truth or met the truth personified in JESUS; someone thinks they should not submit to GOS's sovereignty and in this, humanity begins a movement to accuse GOD: not by words, alone, but by actions or worse: by intentions which fight GOD more than we know.
The servant is at the pleasure of the master and not the other way around. It requires denial of body pleasure and self desires which obstruct the full of the Will of GOD upon the earth.
This enemy fights GOD by denunciation even in the face of GOD.
